No. Ever. Our system uses mmWave radar, which detects motion and presence without capturing any image or audio. We believe safety and dignity aren't trade-offs — you can have both.
Plus tier and above includes a UPS battery backup that keeps the core system running for up to 12 hours. Concierge tier adds 4G LTE auto-failover, so alerts still reach you even if Wi-Fi drops. Texas storms are exactly when you need this protection most.
For the first 30 days, we observe quietly, building a personalized model of your parent's routines — typical sleep times, bathroom patterns, activity windows. After that, the system can notice meaningful deviations. Small ones are just logged. Medium ones trigger a gentle voice check-in. Only significant ones escalate to you.
No. Our RNs provide non-medical wellness care — visits, medication management, appointment coordination, health education. They complement your parent's doctor, not replace them. We cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
This is real and common. Our approach: we show up as their service, not a surveillance tool you imposed. No cameras means no feeling of being watched. The voice check-ins are friendly, not alarming. And most parents warm to the nurse visits quickly — a weekly friend who happens to be a professional.
A free in-home assessment (90 minutes) to understand the home and your parent. Installation takes one day. We follow up weekly for the first month to fine-tune the sensors. Most families have a working, calibrated system in under 30 days.
Installation is 50% on signing, 50% on completed install. Annual service runs year-to-year with a 7-day cooling-off (full refund). After 30 days, service fees are prorated if you cancel. Premium is also available month-to-month at $849. If you stop service entirely, you keep the hardware — it continues working locally, just without AI and nurse services.
You own it. Once installation is paid for, the sensors, hub, valve, and every device are yours permanently. We warranty them for 2 years. Even if you cancel the service subscription, the hardware keeps doing its job locally — sensors still detect falls, smoke alarms still alarm, the water valve still shuts off.
Easy. You pay the hardware difference between tiers (plus any new devices being added), your service fee adjusts to the new tier, and we include your first month of the upgraded service free. We'll reuse every piece of hardware you already have. Most upgrades take one afternoon.
